Each "Whole " owner may elect to participate in an OPTIONAL NIGHTLY RENTAL PROGRAM.  "Whole" owners may use their units as much or as little as they wish.  However, when they are not using their Lava Falls unit, they have the option to include it in the SUN Realty rental program, subject to a 50% management fee.  SUN Realty offers a nightly, weekly or monthly rental package to those who are looking for an "upscale" short-term rental experience.  The income earned from these rentals will not cover the entire cost of ownership, but will help make the cost owning a high-quality home at Entrada more affordable.
